Hi there, I have asrock z370pro4 m/b, with intel i7-8700k. And I have a trouble with the cpu frequencies, since when I set a new ddr4 ram 3200 hz, cpu frequency was dropping down from 4.5 hz to 4.2, I was able to fix this before whenever I set Avx ratio offset to AUTO, and Long and Short duration power limit to AUTO, as well as CPU C States Support - off, Enhanced Halt State (C1E) - off, CPU thermal throttling - off, my power option's of windows - set to maximum performance. SO nothing could influence at the frequency drop's - but this is appear... Could you help me??
Whenever I change AVX ratio offset down to 1, it bring the lower indicator of frequency decreasing but any way I can't turn it OFF totally... If I set AVX ratio offset to AUTO it bring to AVX - 4.
