HI, I bought 5700xt and fan was rattling, Did and RMA thinking it was a faulty card but the replacement has the same issue!

When the fan speed approaches ~2250rpm the fan start rattling loudly almost like a grinding noise. This the the second card with this issue. I bought a vertical GPU support thinking that maybe the card sag was part o the problem but it didn't help at all.
