I just upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro.
Before the upgrade everything was working fine.
I have the Vision HT 321B
BIOS v1.5
After the upgrade the ATXU utility version 0.1.226 will not run.  This is the most recent inverse listed for download (Windows 8 64 bit)

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting.

found a suggestion on the motherboard forums from ASrock support to move the install from the Program Files (x86) to Program Files. Did not help.
There are no Windows 10 drivers or other files posted for this system.
