UEFI can boot normally but when boot none UEFI is hang.

and i try to run test boot menu in vm it working fine no problem.

Hello i have some problem i have new pc and i want to boot from flashdrive (plugin to front panel)
when i enter to boot flash drive then it show boot menu of flashdrive then my PC is hang cannot do anything but when i plug flash drive in rear panel that work no problem and use in windows that work no problem anything only when boot of front panel, this is normal or not ?
