With your GeForce 520 installed, enter the BIOS and check if your onboard GPU is set to Auto or Disabled. I just purchased a X570 Phantom Gaming 4 for use as a Media Server, I am running the AMD Ryzen 5 3400GCPU with 2x8Gb DDR4-3200 Ram (in A2 & B2).

The problem that I am having is when connecting HDMI to the Motherboard I get no video but if I install my NVidia Gforce520 into PCIE1, I get video through the Gforce.

Any Assistance in getting the HDMI Port operational is greatly appreciated.
