I just installed a Phantom Gaming 4 X570 MB with the following configuration:

Ryzen 5, 3400G CPU
2x8 (16Gb) DDR4-3200 G.Skill Ram (in Slots A2 & B2)
Coolermax ZU-800B Power Supply


I am trying to get the OnBoard HDMI Port to display Post Boot and Windows Information and I am not getting any display. The Computer will cycle fans and HDD light will flicker.

If I install my NVidia GForce GT520 PCIE video card into PCIE1 slot I will get display using the Micro-HDMI port.

Even with the PCIe Card installed I still can't get display through the onboard HDMI.

What am I missing to get the HDMI to function? Any Information is greatly appreciated.
