I have problems with the frequency of RAM, have the memory corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 2x8GB 3200Mhz C16 and MB B450M STEEL LEGEND BIOS 2.90, I can only run them in 3066 Mhz if the step does not turn on the computer.
