I want to buy an addressable RGB led strip for the ASRock b450m Pro4. It says on the specs that it only supports up to 15w. Each RGB led consumes 0.06 amps at 5v, does that mean it only supports 50 leds?

Also, can I control an addressable RGB led strip with polychrome sync or there's only plug and it works in 1 mode?
