Hey, I have a Prebuilt PC from CyberPowerPC, and I have a ASROCK B450M Mobo. Sometime last month, after the power was cut in this room(while pc was off) upon starting the Pc about 2 hours later, it started boot looping. Fans will spin for about 10 seconds turn off for two seconds, and proceed to repeat this process. It will not display, Post, or boot to bios.

Here are all the specs

- Ryzen 7 3700x
- RTX 2060 Super
- AsrockB450M Gaming
- 2x(8gb) Crucial Ballistix Sport 3000mhz
- Apevia 80+Gold 800W
- 240 GB SSD[Windows Installed here]
- 2 TB HDD

Some Solutions I attempted:

- Reseated RAM
- Used One Ram In each slot
- Reseated GPU
- Cleared CMOS(battery and pins)

Note:

After this happened I RMA?™d my PSU and RAM and they just sent me them yesterday. It cannot be them since they are brand new. MY GPU fans spin and clearly is seated properly as it clicked into the Slot.
