I'm getting no fan control what so ever out of this board at the moment. I am using a corsair carbide case (has 3 pin fans) and the motherboard is recognizing fan speeds but when I adjust fan speeds in UEIF or A-Tuning utility, fan speeds do not move at all

 
did a google search and I'm not finding any answers to my issue here. anyone have this problem or could offer some advice? I despise fan control problems... such a simple and essential part of motherboard and system control that so many manufactures seem to be getting wrong now a days.
