I got the same problem and the same led not being synced but different fans. I have not found a solution yet. Its not just a led on the fan but also on the mobo that is not in sync.

Got a B450m Steel legend running on latest bios, problem occurred after installing a led controller and I had to re install rgb software. Deleted the software and have the latest beta version installed now but 1 led on all fans and mobo is out of sync.
