Du solltest Windows 10 (dvd/Usb-Stick) per F11 Taste booten.
Und in dem Menü UEFI-DVD/USB-Stick wählen. So wird die SSD auch gleich
richtig als GPT Laufwerk angelegt.

Wenn dann Win 10 läuft, kannst Du die 2. Platte entweder ins Windows 10 BootMenü eintragen oder wieder - beim Booten - per F11 Taste auswählen und dann Win 7 booten.

Gru?
