Thank you for posting your query to ASRock forum.

This forum is a great place to have your question answered.

For your question about USB ports, have front and back USB ports been tried?

If it only happens with the front panel, kindly try to change the front panel.
If it happens with all of the USB ports, please try with different USB disk.

After trying all of the above could still not solve the problem, please provide the BIOS version that you have with your system we will check further.

The USB ports on my B250 Pro4, I believe the connector is plugged into the correct spot. The fans are running so, I don?™t think the board is fried. It?™s brand new and I haven?™t been able to install windows on it yet either.
