probably totally different, but I had an ASRock x470 Master SLI/ac and switched to an ASRock x570 Steel Legend. Front USB worked fine with the X470 but put in the x570 and front USB stopped working .. I thought it was a bad header on the x570 ... bought a different case and mounted the x570 in it and front USB works now.

Regarding to your USB problem, we'd like to know if the front USB ports work under BIOS environment.

Please power on the system and press [Delete] to enter BIOS setup. Plug your USB Keyboard/Mouse to front USB ports and check if the ports work.

If not, we would suggest contacting your MB supplier for further physical checking and assistance.

If the USB works under BIOS but not OS environment, please enter OS and reinstall the AMD all in 1 with VGA driver from our Driver support page below.
