Regarding your question, we provide some suggestions for you:

1. Please download the Bluetooth driver from below link:
http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/X370%20Taichi/index.asp#Download
2. Please verify with different Bluetooth devices and make sure if it is device related.
3. Please clear CMOS.

4. Please remove the Wi-Fi dongle from the motherboard and check if Wi-Fi card connector is connected properly.

Dears,

I am facing a issue after using this board X370 Taichi half year later.
The Bluetooth is not working anymore. I check device manager and it say that ?¯Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer(code 45)??
I have reinstall win10 and drivers but no help.
Is there anyway can let BT work again.
It would be appreciate.
