theyre so loud even when theyre at silent mode.. i dont get it. Maybe im gettin more voice from stock ryzen cooler im gonna change it soon. i used to have maelstorm aio cooler. The fans should follow the fan curve you set in the BIOS. Is this not happening?

Hi i recently started using b450m pro4, r5 1600 12nm, and 2x8 crucial 3000mhz.. I am having trouble with controlling my fans. Thats why my reason to get asrock mobo it had 4 fan connecters on it. I have 6 fans on my case all 4pin pwms. Bios come with 3.6 and i downgraded to 3.5 still has same issue fans are not slow and silent like they used to be.
