I've got a Deskmini that has worked fine using an Intel Pentium G4500. 
Since I replaced the CPU with an i7 7700 I've got problems running Windows 10 (1703, 1709).

Problem: Especially when playing videos the system freezes sporadically. 

The CPU termperature is fine and running burn in tests like Furmark + cpuburner or Furmark + Prime95 is no issue for the PC.

Any suggestions what could be wrong?
