What BIOS version are you using, you may need a BIOS update before you can use the
3600. As for the RGB, we need to get the board POSTing before we can see what happened

Also to add on to this. Hi new to this forum since this is the first time i haven't been able to just caveman solve a solution.

A while back i got An Asrock b450 steel legend AM4 mother board. i recently decided to buy a Ryzen 5 3600 cpu, when i first installed the motherboard the Rgb lighting on it was working but, i got the 5 beeps. When i turned it off and back on the Rgb lights on the motherboard just didnt turn on after the first one and i still get the 5 beeps. Checking online says its was CPU or Motherboard Failure but i am not sure which one. What should i do

Current Specs:
The Asrock b450 steel legend AM4 Motherboard.
Ryzen 5 3600 Cpu
No GPU at the moment since i just recently had capital to buy other parts
Corsair Vengeance 16 Gb ram (2X8)
