XMP still doesn't work for me with 4 sticks of RAM (I believe it has less issues with 2 sticks)

I think there are definitely gremlins dating back to Z170 boards that AsRock cannot solve.

The fix for me and many others is to use VCCIO to 1.10 and VCCSA to 1.1-1.15V.

See this thread: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=6860&title=z370-extreme4-xmp-bug

Long story short, I noticed on initial boot that 2/4 of my ram modules (XMP2.0 DDR32000) weren't being recognized.

I'm running at 8700k overclocked to 5.0ghz (which i'm having problems with getting the multiplier to stick, and Intel speed step disabled (keeps re-enabling itself. It took a few reboots for Vcore to stick, and now the multiplier varies from 43x to 50x randomly.

Never had these types of issues with Gigabyte or MSI. Quite surprised as AsRock generally has a following.

NOT happy with this purchase. My 8700k does 5.0ghz with ease at 1.3V on the gigabyte Z370 board.

Leading me to the judgement that the xmp profile in the bios by ASRock contains the wrong voltage information for 2 memory sticks to run at 3200!

I cannot get the ram to run at 3200 stable. Each time I try it locks up. I have run memtest86 on both modules separate, together and the only way the memory tests doesn't fail is when I set the memory to run at 2666mhz. I have used the XMP profile, updated the bios to 1.30 and still cannot get it to run stable at the 3200. The ram is on the memory QVL (CMK32GX4M2B3200C16) and in the proper slots (A2/B2). Here are my system specs below:
INTEL CORE I7-9700K 3.60GHZ
ASROCK Z390 STEEL LEGEND
CORSAIR 16GB DDR4-3200 VENGEANCE LPX

Any help is appreciated!
