Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


We can install Intel Lan driver ver:23.5.2 on the X570 Phantom Gaming 4 successfully.

There are some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please re-install the Intel Lan driver ver:23.5.2 on the system. (Please remove previous Lan driver first)

2. Install the latest LAN driver from Intel website.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25016/Intel-Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=64404

3. Please refer to below link to re-flash MAC address.

4. Please check if the Ethernet cable is connected well.

Hi, I have internet issue.
After installing all the driver win10, only LAN driver fails to install and it said "Cannot install drivers. No Intel adapters are present in this computer"
Please tell what to do next, tks.
