I'm using B85m-pro4(BIOS 2.50),and e3-1270v3,I'd like to locked all cpu cores frequency multiplication as 3.9Ghz,but it seems only old BIOS(like1.90,1.70) can do this but i'm using NVME SSD in the same time so i can't just flash old BIOS.
