That warning does not matter really. Try it and see if it works. I have updated to newest, downgraded to older one no problem, board did not brick. no, i not even dare to upgrade my bios to 3.3 because of the warning message there

have you tried the 3.3 BIOS?
..a moderator here was saying that they didn't know why ASRock had those incompatibility warnings with the newer BIOS's and was going to message them to see about removing those warnings as they are misleading

hi, recently my ab350mhdv went down and i bought the b450mhdv to replace, i didnt aware with the motherboard 3.2 bios version not really compatible with my current cpu "ryzen 1600 summit ridge"

the reason why i want to downgrade is because am getting this problem when i boots up my window
