Hi There

I am trying to mount USBC drives to the ports on the Creator X570 and failing.

Is there a particular BIOS setting that needs to change to do so? Something that switches it from Lightning to USBc?

I have USBC shuttle drives (so require Bus power) and I am running Macdrive on Windows 10 (drive is mac formatted).

Power seems intermittent and I have on occasion been able to see the drive mount in disk management but it does not mount in the OS / Macdrive software. Same drive mounts fine via the normal USB ports.

I've tried on the 2 x ports and also via the MOBO USB 3.2 header port (header cable to USBC)

***I should add I'm new to all this having spent most of my time n Macs***

Any help appreciated!
