Same problem.

The motherboard does not recognize the front and rear audio outputs. This started right after I added the video card (rx570), since then I've updated everything, restored the system, reinstalled drivers, updated bios, reset cmos, deleted everything and started from scratch, already removed the video card but even so problem persists.
