I tried one stick and swapping out one by one, same issue. Other ram that I have doesn?™t have this issue. It could be the sticks. You could try updating the bios .. or you might have a faulty memory controller on your CPU or a faulty motherboard ... maybe .. hard to say for sure without other parts to swap around.

I?™m running the 2.9 bios. You have to update the bios to get it to properly see the ryzen 3000 series and the nvme chip. I?™m having an issue with system not recognizing the ram that I?™ve purchased. It?™s coming up as single Channel 1866, when over riding the auto setting and updating them to manufacture specs, it won?™t boot unless I under clock from 3200 to 3000. And CPU z still see sit at 1866.

I am running the most recent bios.

My system issue.
Motherboard: ASRock 450m steel legend.
CPU: ryzen 7 3700x
Ram: g skill trident z neo (optimized for ryzen 7) model f4-3200c16q-32gtzn, dual channel, 4 sticks at 8 gigs a stick.
Video card: Radeon 5700 xt
Primary drive: m.2 nvme Samsung 970 pro, in the nvme compatible port
Os: windows 10 pro 64 bit

Accord to the mother board support, this specific model is listed as compatible with the ram I purchased In set of 2/4 with the Matisse core, which the 3700x has. But the ram still isn?™t being seen correctly.
