    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=15594">CaNorth</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 13967<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02 Apr 2020 at 2:23am<br /><br />Looks like it was the default settings.<br />I went back to control panel.<br />The first time I was in the sound settings there was a check mark on the HDMI AND the Speakers (maybe it's the new system struggling to figure everything out).<br />This time it was just the HDMI that was checked and set as default.<br />So I disabled the HDMI and made sure the Speakers were enabled.<br />I now have sound working normally on the headphones for various media.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=15594">CaNorth</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 13967<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02 Apr 2020 at 1:05am<br /><br />I finally built my Ryzen system.<br /><br />It's the Tiachi x370, Ryzen 5-1600, G.skill 3200, Zotac GF GTX 1080 (only reasonable $ card left back in 2017, with crypto craze happening), and Win10.<br /><br />I tried the headphones plugged into the front case jack, and the rear speaker out (green jack) on the rear panel.<br />Going into the Realtek audio, or the control panel in Win10, and hitting the test button I get the test sounds L-R in the headphone speakers.<br /><br />But when I try to play a movie from my PC or listen to any streaming content there is no sound in the headphones.<br /><br />How can I get media sounds to play on the jacks?]]>
