Thanks Threedee I somehow just spaced that part. Yes, I see 3.90 is the most up to date.

Nothing worked, still says not found.

The file Name is B45P4_4.10

type is 10 file

It is what I downloaded off of ASRock under Bios updates.

Im on 3.90 right now.

Im trying to update my B450M Pro4 to the latest BIOS. When I hit F2 and get the Bios screen, I try to run Instant flash But it says I cannot find any (I dont get the Bios Select Scree).

I formated a Mem stick as Fat32 with the Volume Name as ASRock.

Its in the USB port on the front of the Case.

Anything else I am missing?
