Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting.<br /><br />2. Under OS environment, please open Control Panel &gt; Power Option and adjust the power plan to AMD Ryzen Balanced or Balanced.<br /><br />3. Install the latest AMD ALLin1 driver ver:19.10.16_19H1_WHQL.<br />http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450%20Steel%20Legend/index.asp#Download<br /><br />4. Please make sure there's no process operating in OS background to occupy the CPU resource.<br /><br />5. If possible, please reinstall a clean Windows OS to verify OS environment.<br /><br />6.
