Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try.
1. Update the latest BIOS version.

2. Change another monitor to verify.
3. Disable CSM and build the UEFI RAID.

I recently assemble an A300 with 3200G and PCIe SSD. It is connected to a TV via HDMI.
It is working fine but I can't see the boot sequence on the TV.
The A300 boots but I can't see it.
Just when Windows is up I have the HDMI link working correctly.

Is expected the HDMI do no work during the boot sequence?

I need to see the boot sequence to enter into the raid setting (CTRL+R) during boot.

If I enter into the bios (with random ESC press) , the HDMI works, show me the bios interface.

Any suggestion?
