Timer failure: Timer 1 on the mainboard does not work properly. Motherboard: asrock H61-M HVS

When I turn on power it beebs 4 beebs (short i guess) and then there's no display even though the cpu fan still work

Note: it was working before...so all parts are compitable

--->i tried re-instaling the RAM but it didn't work...
