nobody else with something similar? i've read posts with similar problems and no solution either, can anyone relate, is this an acknowledeg issue by asrock?

Hello, i just purchased this mobo brand new and i am having issues with the usb.

Im using a logitech master 2 mouse and a logiteck K580 keyboard. Both with USB dongles on the back of the mobo.

The issue is as follows:

From random lag, glitches (mouse jumps from one side of the screen to another), random volume up (not very often) to complete lack of imput from any/both of the devices.

Both are perfectly detected by device manager, and restarting the system sometimes solves the problem but the next day its the same issue again.

I have tried changing ports but the problem comes back. USB front panel ports dont seem to be affected and work fine so far.

I have installed the AIO amd driver from the site, the x570 chipset drivers from AMD and even did a clean windows install (had been using an old one from previous system so that was due).

Still the issue persists, so looking for help here or at least maybe we can gather people with the same problem.
