    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=15816">MolyCrys</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 14163<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22 Apr 2020 at 8:03am<br /><br />Cyberpower PC Model C-series (don't buy from them)<br /><br />X570 Phantom Gaming 4-CB<br />Radeon RX 5700 8G<br />16G RAM<br /><br />Needed to add a second monitor, but the shield over the I/O ports was misaligned with the ports themselves, so I had to remove a fan to get to the shield and subsequently remove the shield. Upon reassembly, PC no longer outputs any signal to monitor, or takes input from any keyboard attached (num-lock does not toggle the associated light, which i'm told means it's not communicateing with the BIOS; could be wrong about that).<br /><br />Please advise]]>
