Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Regarding to this case, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please go to BIOS setup and load BIOS default settings via [F9] key.

2. Under OS environment, please uninstall the original Realtek Audio driver from Control Panel > Program and restart the system. Verify the sound quality with Windows 10 inbox driver.

3. Install Audio driver ver. 8750.1

4. If possible, please change another headphone or speaker.
