I double checked the manual and they seem to be correct. It only seems to happen when I shut down or sleep from windows. If I hold the power button to hard power down it shuts down properly with no 00 and starts fine. If I restart and then hard shut down after it fails to boot it starts fine. This is baffling. I'm only using one of the 2 CPU power plugs...but I'm not overlocking...so that should be fine...right? I have a 1300w PSU...so I shouldn't be short on power. i would start of by
double then triple checking the connectors from front panel

So I just built a new system using a TRX40 motherboard with a 3960x cpu. It runs flawlessly...no problems...very fast. The issue is when it shuts down. If I put it to sleep or shut down the system shuts off and shows a Dr Debug code of 00. That code is for no power to the CPU...well yeah. When I try to wake from sleep it just goes to a black screen and never opens. If I shut down I get the same error code and when I startup again it starts to post...then it goes to load the OS...but the dot wheel never shows up and it never boots.

Now...this is weird. If I THEN hold the power button to power down from the bios splash the 00 code goes away and it will boot like normal. Any idea how to fix this?
