Regarding your question, we have some suggestions for you to verify:

1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key.
2. Remove all of the PCIe device from your motherboard, only install graphics card on PCIe3 slot to check if system can get display from it.
3. Install the PCIe device which works on other slots to PCIe3 slot.
