Due to AMD no longer support EHCI controller on AM4 platform, so the USB is not work under Windows 7 OS.

To support Windows 7 on AMD AB350 platform, please use ASRock USB patcher to pack the USB driver into your Windows 7 installation flash.

All USB ports are disabled when trying to install Win7 image. So I cannot finish the installation process. I am using 2700X CPU and I search on the internet, it should support win7 OS.
Please help, my board is ab350 pro4, thank guys.
