I had the same issue with a Z270 board a while back, I just cut out a bit of
black electrical tape and stuck it over the debug display. Easy to take off if
I need the debug display and prevented the red LEDs from clashing with my blue

No other symptoms but with a case with a glass it is very ugly for a motherboard at this price ...
