If it's been over 72 hours since you entered the req'd I'd first look in my Spam/Junk folder of my email program.

Failing finding it there and 72hrs has passed I'd contact ASRock.

Open your browser w/o all add-ons disabled. That may be a cause.

In FireFox > Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

Or too/also, close or temporarily disable any anti-virus/password manager program you might have.

no i did all that this where it stops me

i click free ok done

Click get bonus... also done

now its supposed send me to "ASRock's Exclusive Serial NO. Exchange Counter" but it does not. it instead send me to IE and says "this site says " login with Asrock App shop"

and im stuck there....

I cant seem to get to the Ser numb reg portion of the step

I go from app shop click Get bonus and just tells me "site says login from the asrock app shop"

but that's what I just did there no login on the app shop......
