   <title><![CDATA[x470 taichi no post : turning on my pc from the power...]]></title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=16119">cobra</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 14409<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17 May 2020 at 7:31am<br /><br />turning on my pc from the power off state. step 1. press power button. blue motherboard lights turn on, the memory lights turn on, the aio lights turn on. the fans ramp up to full. then it sits there stuck in this state until i turn off the power supply. wait 30 seconds. turn the power supply back on. hit the power button. it turns on like normal. all the lights including the video card lights turn on. the debug display starts working. it will reboot a couple times then go into windows normally. i was unable to adjust the bios memory settings with the first power on after installing windows. the power button worked normally but i was unable to put my ram into xmp settings. i then updated the bios to 3.90. im able to put ram into xmp. everything works. power off. the next day i go to power on and it gets stuck. today i tried updating the bios again. after install it tried to boot itself up and got stuck. the debug panel lights do not start, the video card lights do not start. turn off the power supply and wait. after 30 seconds i can turn it on like normal. i will try reseating the ram and using a different ram slots tomorrow. <br /><br />this build is about 2 weeks old. specs. <br />x470 taichi<br />3700x<br />gskil 16 gigs. 8x2 @3600 xmp2<br />5700xt sapphire nitro+<br />p1000 powersuply<br />nvme m.2 500 gig main <br />4tb 7200 hdd<br />evga 280mm aio<br />]]>
