    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=14713">Synapse</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 14411<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18 May 2020 at 9:46am<br /><br />If you set the XMP profile in UEFI, that's likely a memory or Infinity Fabric overclock issue.<br />Short checklist:<br />- If you have only 2 sticks, they should be installed in slots A2/B2<br />- Memory voltage should be 1.35v for XMP, not 1.2v<br />- Enable Gear Down mode<br />- Disable memory Power Down<br />If still unstable, for an easy fix try manually lowering memory frequency in 66 MT/s steps (Fabric should follow is left on auto).<br />If you really want 3600 MT/s, you'll probably need to increase timings, or memory voltage.<br />But you should install Windows with the 2400 MT/s memory setting, not XMP, so that you have clean installation before you start overclocking.]]>
