You only need to plug in one or the other with your USB cable .. either use USB 3 plug in or USB 2 ..but not both off of the same cable.<br /><br />Odd conundrum your in .. I've never not had a video card not seat properly on a motherboard. I've had issues with huge cards in too small of a case is all.<br /><br />Is it hitting the SATA ports on the lower right or the PCIe x1 slot right above the PCIe x16 slot?]]>

I'm wondering if I'm missing something here. My Motherboard (an asrock b450m-hdv) says it is compatible with my GPU (MSI GTX 970) but it literally doesn't fit in the mobo.. it is being blocked by my PCIE plugins from being fully seated and therefore won't post. Pictures are attached, but I'm at a loss. I've contacted support but havent had any luck yet and was wondering if anyone had the same issue and might be able to drop some knowledge on me!<br /><br />Pictures here: http://imgur.com/a/mzxGLSB]]>
