I have some fans that can not ran at 0 RPM, but you need to check the specs on your fans. It's really not recommended to run at 0 RPM and some manufactures lowest speed% can vary from another. Hi

My Case Fans do not stop wenn set to 0 rpm.

I understand that Fans can't operate at 1-600rpm,
but 0 = off should be doable.
