I figured it out. This CPU doesn't support on board video. I plugged the video card in and it works now.

AMD Ryzen 2700 CPU
SANDISK A110 M.2 256 Gig PCIe SSD
Prestige ATX-PR600W power supply
   ATXPWR1 connected
   ATX12V1 connected
2 x Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2A2666C16 RAM

When I power it up, it goes through the BIOS test, and then no video.
