Hi, sorry to reply to an old post but I have this exact issue. The DRAM light is on every time I wake up my pc from sleep mode and only shuts off if I restart or shut down my pc. I can't seem to find the BIOS version required to update the Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S/ac model. I still have the BIOS version from 2019. I have a z390 Phantom Gaming 4s/AC motherboard that i purchased about 2 months ago. Whenever My PC wakes up from sleep mode the Dram LED is highlighted as if there is an error with my ram.
