you only option is

either walk into the store and visually read the sticker on the bios chip on the mainboard

or

have someone at the online store visually check the sticker before shipping it

or

Hi all,
I'm looking for buying an AB350M Pro4 R2.0 and a Ryzen 3 3100.
Searching in the CPU supported list I find out that this cpu is supported with bios 2.0
How can I check if the motherboard I'm going to buy is already updated with bios 2.0?
What happens if I receive a motherboard with older bios?
I can update despite of cpu isn't supported or I'm stuck?
