here detail for my PC :

Mainboard = asrock A320M HDV AMD AM4 DDR4

Prossesor = AMD Ryzen 5 1400

Memory = Teamgroup elite plus memory DDR4 8GB 2666Mhz & Teamgroup elite plus memory DDR4 4GB 2666Mhz

Problem =

My RAM is not usable (8GB one)

Condition now =

1. detected in BIOS 4gb and 8gb, but in BIOS said only single channel
2. detected dual channel in cpu-z 4gb and 8gb
3. not detected in windows, firstly detected 12GB, but only 4GB is usable, after i trying to fix, now its only dtected 4gb (3,xxGB usable)

what i've did =
1. update bios
2. fix msconfig on boot> advanced option
3. trying change position

Fact =
1. 4GB is okay in 2 socket and it can boot the windows
2. 8GB is not okay in 2 socket and it cant boot the windows

can someone give me solution?
