1. Please enter BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default settings.
2. Please connect the earphone to rear audio jack.
3. As the sound quality and volume also depend on the devices. If possible, please install other earphone devices.
4. If possible, please try to connect other speakers/headphones.

The earphone on the front panel is not working correctly on x470 master sli.
When listening music or youtube video, the audio level is extremely low even I set it to maximum volume.
Installing website audio driver does not help, and also reinstall win10.
