Thanks for posting your query to the ASRock forum.

Please make sure to install antennas to the WiFi modules that you are using.

If the problem persists, could you provide the WiFi module model name for us?
Also, kindly provide the full model name of the motherboard for us.

Hi,

I cannot seem to enable Bluetooth on the Phantom Gaming 6. It shows as enabled in the BIOS but Windows won't show it. Have installed drivers from mobo support page as well. Has anyone else experienced this and managed to fix it?
