Regarding your two questions, kindly refer to below:
1. Yes, this motherboard will support PCIe bifurcation.
   The setting can be found under the path of:
   Advanced\Chipset Configuration\Riser Card support

2. The AX201 WiFi module is not supported by the motherboard.
