According to your question, we provide some suggestions to verify:

1. Please enter to BIOS setup and load BIOS default via [F9] key.
2. Under OS, please uninstall the Realtek Audio driver from Device Manger and Control Panel>Program and restart the system. After booting into OS, pleas install following driver ver.8730.1 to try:
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/Audio/Realtek(v8730.1_UAD_WHQL_RTK).zip
3. Please play the music by other players. (software)

Dear,

I owned A320M-ITX for a year and now I face a problem now.
When I play music over one or few hours, the audio will on/off continuously.
And this symptom only on one of rear audio port.
I already reinstall win10 but symptom does not fix.

Please help me this case.!!
